 Kickstarting change that lasts

   A PRACTICE-ORIENTED WORKSHOP IN MELBOURNE,
   Tuesday-Wednesday 12-13 April 2016

with Andrew Rixon and Bob Dick

Open Space Technology helps to kick start a change program by engaging people and identifying their goals.   Action learning continues the engagement and carries it forward, flexibly, into action.   Used in conjunction, Open space and action learning initiate, implement and then help to sustain effective change.

In this workshop you will learn how to do this, and practise the key elements.

Who is it for?

It's for anyone with responsibility, or a desire, for introducing effective and sustainable change.  For instance you may be a consultant or facilitator, a manager, a community leader, or an interested citizen.

When is it?

Two days: Registration from 8:30, workshop from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday 12 April;
9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. approximately, on  Wednesday 13 April, 2016.

Where?

The workshop will be at The Larwill Studio, 48 Flemington Road, Parkville, Melbourne, Victoria.

What?

The workshop facilitators, Andrew Rixon and Bob Dick, will guide you through the principles, processes and skills that will enable you to conduct a change program with confidence.

How?

We assume that learning is deeper and more practical if there is attention to the relevant skills and processes, and also to the principles and concepts that give you control of the practice.  You can therefore anticipate relevant activities backed up by relevant understanding.

Facilitators?

The workshop facilitators are Andrew Rixon and Bob Dick.  Both are experienced facilitators and consultants, each with reputations based on many decades of experience.

Negotiate your own in-house workshop

If you would prefer to have a workshop specifically designed to meet your particular needs, and run for you in your organisation or community, we would be pleased to do that.  Important advantages of in-house and in-community workshops include their relevance (we fine-tune them to your needs), and their greater ease of application to real local issues.

This workshop is a joint initiative of Babelfish Group and Interchange
