Frameworks for effective third party conflict management

By Bob Dick.

A systematic but flexible approach to third-party mediation is described by means of five "frameworks" ranging from questions to elicit information to the overall shape of the process.

The approach combines consensual and negotiation processes, and ranges from apparently-rational role negotiation to a belief and feeling orientated process derived from the work of Argyris.
